ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not offer refunds for purchased tickets, registrations, digital content, or merchandise. In certain circumstances, at our sole discretion, we may offer:

1. Exchange for a different event, workshop, or product

2. Store credit for future purchases

3. Transfer of registration to another person
